Returns Policy
Due to the nature of wellness and healthcare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or consumed products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Processing
